Forest Youth Success Trail Crews
Crews are comprised of 1 adult crew leader, 2 mentors, and 4 crew members to work together as a team to complete various projects in Skamania County. FYS calls on the value of mentorship for juniors and seniors to gain positive leadership experience and for younger crew members to learn from the experience of older students.
Mentors:
Must be a Skamania County resident
Must be a current 10th & 11th grade student
Looking to improve leadership skills
Expected to role model successful work habits for crew members
Crew Members:
Must be a Skamania County resident
Current 8th or 9th grade student
Looking for a positive summer job experience
Willing to work hard
